Lash Envy Melbourne are an exclusive Lash and Brow salon in two exciting locations, Oakleigh and Ascot Vale. Established in 2008, we are the leaders in lashes and brows, with our trademark lash and brow technique that is second to none. We have thousands of happy and loyal customers along with 18 sensational technicians, all of whom have been personally trained by Lash Envy Melbourne to ensure 100% duplicity and the highest standards.

 

As we are in a constant state of growth, we are always on the look out for other incredible people to join our team. We DO NOT hire on skill, so you do not need to be experienced (however this may be an advantage), we hire on the following: honesty-integrity-loyalty-work ethic-passion-reliability-commitment-flexibility-accountability and respect.

 

 

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROVIDED…

A position with Lash Envy Melbourne includes a 2 week training program, where standards and examinations will be conducted to ensure you pass the Lash Envy Melbourne certification process. The position always begins as casual with the opportunity to become permanent part or full time to the right candidates.

 

A career at Lash Envy Melbourne also offers a tier structure income based on your skill level as you progress through the company, along with exciting bonuses and fabulous incentives. Positions available are : Lash Artist, Master Artist, Master Volume Artist, Master Volume/Brow Artist.

 

Please note we have a strict ‘no drama policy’ and you must love working in a team who stand by each other. Working in a salon environment also means you will work at least one evening and every Saturday. If you have these qualities and expectations and more, then please apply.
