I started my journey at Lash Envy in Oakleigh in 2018 as a lash and brow artist, and over time I have expanded my expertise into cosmetic tattooing. I am now the owner of Arched Sorority, located within Lash Envy Oakleigh, where I combine my love for lashes, brows, and cosmetic tattooing into one space.
I focus on precision, symmetry, and the finer details, creating results that are balanced, refined, and timeless. Tania Basir is an internationally trained artist with multiple certifications, including PhiBrows Microblading, and is the owner of House of Beauty Melbourne, working out of our Oakleigh salon. With a passion for precision and a natural eye for detail, she specialises in creating brows that enhance each client’s unique features.
Her approach begins with a thorough one-on-one consultation and customised brow mapping, ensuring every design is tailored to individual facial structure and personal style. Known for her professionalism and warm client care, Tania is dedicated to delivering natural, long-lasting results that inspire confidence.

Sophie is the Co-Owner of Lash Envy Mt Eliza and an experienced Lash Technician and Brow Artist with 7 years in the beauty industry. Recently, she expanded her expertise into Cosmetic Tattooing, specialising in Ombre Brows, Nano Combination Brows, and Lip Blush treatments.
Known in the salon for her perfectionism and meticulous eye for detail, Sophie takes pride in creating results that are beautifully tailored to each client. Her clients often describe her as a true master of lashes and brows — someone who blends artistry, precision, and care in every service.
Friendly, warm, and deeply passionate about enhancing natural beauty, Sophie is dedicated to ensuring every client feels confident, understood, and completely at ease throughout their cosmetic tattoo experience.
McKenna began her beauty journey in 2018 at a Paul Mitchell Academy in Orange County, California. After relocating to Melbourne in 2019, she completed specialist lash and brow training with Lash Envy, where she quickly became a standout member of the team. In 2025, McKenna took the next step in her career by co-opening the Geelong Lash Envy location, expanding her skill set into the world of Cosmetic Tattooing. She has since completed advanced training in ombré brows, nano brows, and lip blushing, with a strong focus on natural, flattering results.
