Appointment policy:
All new services and Russian Volume sets require a $50 deposit, our receptionist will call you to confirm your appointment and take the deposit via the phone. If this is not paid within a 24 hour window, your appointment will be forfeited. This $50 will be deducted from your service when you come in and if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must do so 24 hours before your appointment.

Due to our already hugely discounted apprentice pricing, we do not accept any additional discounts or coupons for our apprentice services.
Our refund policy:
Services – Since the nature of our work is labour intensive, we do not offer refunds. We do however have a 3 day window which allows you to fix/correct any work if required.
Gift Cards/Retail Products:
We do not offer refunds on Gift Cards or Retail Products..
